Arice Miranda, Owner and Founder of Humboldt Soap Company became a Certified Massage Therapist in 1998. Working in many 5 star spa resorts and being witness to many types of skin issues over the years gave Arice the idea to expand into creating her own affordable spa quality natural skin care products. In 2010 Arice started learning to make soap and skin care products using natural ingredients. In 2012, once the product recipes had been perfected and the products were showing great results, Arice founded Humboldt Soap Company. “I wanted the products to be the best they could be and refused to rush the process. I wanted to create affordable spa quality products that people can use at home to save time and money.” Later in 2012 Humboldt Soap Company sales increased to the point of developing an online store as well as wholesaling to retailers. HSC demonstrates innovation and creativity to bring you skin nourishing handcrafted natural products.

Steven Jimenez, Director of Sales for Humboldt Soap Company is Arice's son and he shares his mother's entrepreneurial spirit. Steven is also in charge of the HSC growth expansion into the Southern California area. Since grade school Steven has been a natural entrepreneur and salesman. He has founded and run his own small businesses over the years, honing his natural abilities and turning them into usable skills. His customer service skills are unmatched which you will notice immediately. From the initial sales call to product order deliveries to retaining connections with each customer, Steven is there to make sure our customers are happy (and stay that way) with the service and their HSC products.
